Emergency Ticket

Before starting the Emergency Ticket course, each user needs to have a Web Ticket Entry account. This account is achieved when users complete the basic Web Ticket Entry course.

“Emergency” means a sudden or unexpected occurrence involving a clear and imminent danger, demanding immediate action to prevent or mitigate loss of, or damage to, life, health, property, or essential public services.

At the conclusion of training, you will learn when and how to complete an Emergency Ticket. You will understand that the utility operator or underground line locator has 3 hours, starting from the time your Emergency ticket is released. You will also learn the utility operator or underground line locator will respond to an emergency ticket by 1 of 3 options; going to the excavation site, contacting you by phone, or responding using the positive response system.

Disclaimer: Please note that completion of the Emergency Ticket course does NOT GUARANTEE final access approval. Privileges are subject to review and granted on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions about the process, please contact us.
